2006-03-16: Midterm test 2 (corrected) and solutions have been posted. In retrospect, the test is too hard in some places, and too long in others. I will likely take the test out of some grade other than 50 to reflect the fact that no one was able to finish on time.
2006-03-13: I have posted a draft set of solutions to problem set 8. As with the solutions to PS 7, they are incomplete, and I believe there are errors. Please let me know if you find any. I'll try to finalized problem set 7 and complete the draft of the solutions on Tuesday.

2006-01-25: I have made a slight change to problem set 2, problem 3(b). In the earlier version the IVP did not make sense because the right hand side was not defined at the initial point. I have also updated the solutions to problem set 2, questions 1(a) (interval was wrong) and 3(b) (to account for the change in the problem).
