Linear Algebra and its Applications is pleased to announce a special
issue devoted to papers presented at the 12th ILAS Conference, to be
held June 26-29 2005, in Regina, Canada.
Papers should be based on talks given at the conference. The deadline for
submission is October 31 2005, and papers will be refereed according to
LAA's usual standards. Papers may be submitted to any of the special
