Conference Photo
A conference photo is planned for Monday at 12:00pm. Instructions will
be provided at the meeting.
Computer Lab
A conference computer lab will be set-up in the Diefenbaker Room
at the hotel, which will consist of 4-5 PC's connected to the internet.
We anticipate that this lab will mostly be an email service facility. The hours of
the lab are 8:30am -- 6 pm, Sun. - Wed. We have planned to have a printer
available.
Book Display/Study Hall
There will be a book display of the usual sort in the Qu'Appelle room at
the hotel. In addition this room will double as a study hall. Tables and chairs
will be set-up and the hours will be 8:30am -- 6pm, Sun. - Wed.
ILAS Business Meeting
ILAS Business meeting will take place on Sunday at 5:40 pm in the Wascana Ballroom.
Agenda and minutes will be distributed at the door.
Student Dinner
ILAS and the CMS are providing a student dinner on Sunday. All students
associated with the meeting (presenters and non-presenters) will gather
in the hotel lobby at 7 pm to await further instructions.

- Please note the Hotel Saskatchewan is located two blocks west of the conference site
(Regina Inn) along Victoria Ave. Maps will be provided in your registration kits.
There will be no cash bar service for this banquet (wine will be provided at your
tables), but if you wish you are welcome to visit the lounge on the main floor
of the Hotel Saskatchewan before the banquet.
Conference Box Luncheon:
ILAS will supply a box lunch on Sunday June 26, which will take place
in the Wascana Ballroom (WB) at 12:30 pm. One of the purposes of this
luncheon is to recognize and introduce students, postdoctoral fellows,
and their advisors.
Upon registration students and postdoctoral fellows will be asked
to complete a questionnaire and return it to the registration desk by
11am on Sunday. Then at the luncheon Jeff Stuart will introduce the
students and postdocs. A group student/postdoc photo is planned during
this event.
